• Please make sure your information is correct online. Communications are sent via email and text. Please be reachable via both forms. THIS IS REQUIRED. • I no longer do manual booking. All appointments are booked online with a paid deposit. The deposit is non-refundable, but will be deducted from total balance. There's a $50 fee additional to the service price for Sunday's appointment. • Duration of services is an estimate. Prepare an additional 1-4 hours, as Services will not be rushed. Please plan accordingly. We will be a while, so please bring lunch, snacks, drinks, a blanket, or jacket in case you get chilly. Whatever you need to make yourself comfortable. WIFI IS AVAILABLE. • Ages 12 and up ONLY. No extra guest. • There is a grace period of 10 minutes. After that point, you will be charged $30 late fees. After 30 minutes, you will need to reschedule, and a new deposit is required. NO EXCEPTIONS. • Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages are not permitted while being serviced. I have the right to refuse service to anyone who's behaving improperly and/or who may be intoxicated prior. • Changes to appointments can not be made after 48 hours of booking. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE, YOU MUST DONE SO BEFORE 48HRS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN YOUR ORIGINAL DEPOSIT. Any date after would result in a new deposit. Only one reschedule is permitted per client with the same deposit. A MINIMUM OF TWO WEEKS IS REQUIRED FOR ANY INSTALLATION SERVICES IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN YOUR ORIGINAL DEPOSIT. • Any cancelations in less than 48 hours will result in a $50 fee. The fee is required before you can book any future appointments. If you cancel the same appointment more than twice, you will not be allowed to book again. NO EXCEPTIONS. • Cients are subject to the full cost of service if you are a NO SHOW, NO CALLS to any appointments, and you will be banned from future booking. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS (unless your appointment was canceled by me with no fault of your own). • If you need an appointment on my days off, a fee of $50 will be added to the regular retie price. If you have not been on my schedule for more than 16 weeks, you are considered a new client, and a transfer client consultation is required prior to booking any retie services. • Signing up for our email list is optional. However, you will still get emails related to your appointment, & follow ups. • Retie is scheduled every 6 to 8 weeks. The longer you go without a retie, the longer it'll take to complete, & the more it'll cost. Try your best to stay on top of your retie appointments to avoid extra charges, and most importantly, to maintain the integrity of your locs. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, please bring it up before you leave my chair, and I will do my best to fix it. • I accept many forms of payment: cash, zelle, credit card, and affirm. Any online payments using credit cards or affirm have 7% fees (tax), payment through zelle or cash has no fees with the exception of products. • A client who fails to pay for her retie session will be required to submit her full retie cost for any future appointments at the time of booking. Any other additional fees will be addressed during your service. If there is more than one occurrence, the client will be denied service. NO EXCEPTIONS. • Being punctual is great. But, please do not arrive at your appointment more than 5 minutes earlier than scheduled. I run on a tight schedule and that's also my personal time. • Please respect my policy on no kids and extra guests, virtual phone calls, or giving my address to people who are not my clients without my consent. • My workplace is also my personal space, so please be respectful and refrain from using profanity language or other content on your phone. PLEASE USE A HEADPHONE. • If you prefer to use your phone for entertainment, please use headphones. Please do not increase your electric devices volume higher than the TV. I treat you with respect and professionalism. Please be respectful. • If you have to work or attend a class during your retie appointment. Please make sure you don't have any virtual meetings scheduled on that day. Also, use headphones. Please try not to move so much cause it interferes with the time, & with me doing my job well. It's not fair to me or the other client schedules after you. • I care about your well-being and mine, so if you are experiencing any signs of being sick, please stay home as I can not tell if it’s allergies or not. Your appointment will stop immediately. • IF YOU BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT, IT MEANS THAT YOU AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE! • I appreciate that you're taking the time to read my policy and for your consideration of respecting my terms and conditions.
