We ask that our customers allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
We accept return or exchange requests for all other products (with the exception of HAIR/SKIN CARE PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES) within 5 days of a confirmed delivery. To be eligible for a return, the products must be unaltered (i.e. not previously worn or used; without changes to the color, scent, size, quantity, or appearance) and in the original packaging.
